As most of you know by now, I've just come back from 3 weeks holls in Spain. Just thought I'd tell you a quality story abot the T68i.

I met a Norwegian brick layer at the resort where we rented our house. He had a Alcatel phone I'd never seen before and told me he used to have Ericsson phones but they could not take the punishment his phones were exposed to in his kind of work. I recomended him to give the R310 a go.
At work we have a garderer who is not the kind of guy I would call carefull with his tools. He came to me some time ago and told me he'd lost his phone in the garden somewhere. I called his number and we stated trailing his moves that day and found it. Dug down in the soil amongst his carrots.
He allso took it with him on holiday in the far east, he had free beer for a fourth night. Just by betting what his phone could take...

Back to the T68...

After telling the brick layer this, he still was not convinsed I was telling the truth. I told him that my T68i was not the same kind of phone as the R310 but it was still capable of standing up to quite a knock. I flung my phone over a chair and down on to the tarmac. I miss-judged a bit and it ended up with quite a knock. I did it twice to proove my point and the phone still worked.
A quopple of days later my son flipped over on his pool-toy so I jumped in the wather to dig him out ( he's OK ) with my phone in my pocket. It still worked after a quick dry out.
On the way home I started getting pain in my lower back and found I'd been sitting down with my phone in my back pocket of my jeans for two houres. It still worked when we landed and I turned it on.

As you can see I've been quite brutal to mt T68i, but It still works as if it was brand new out of the box!

I'm sticking to !!!

Well.... to throw your phone on the ground just to prove its "strength".... . I think you got your message through.

Do you guys think that T68i has better build-quality than T68m or is it just a myth? I mean the phone models are coming from the same factory in Malaysia (except the few ones from Sweden and China), the build-quality should be the same..
