I have the HP iPAQ 4150 and i am very pleased with it.
Use built in WLAN daily and use it in car with GPS dongle
Expensive, but worth the money is my verdict.

I've used a palm and a hp pocket pc, i think the palm operating system has a much wider range of available software. But, the new dell one is really gr8. Think it retails for 120 usd. The palm treo 600 has a gsm sim compatibility .
