Hi there,
I've got this problem with the DSS-20 driver. My PC just doesnt want to install the downloaded DSS-20 driver. When i re-install the driver by redirecting windows to the DSS-20 driver folder the error message is that the drivers are incompatible. Funny though it accepts the DCU-11 drivers but not the DSS-20 drivers. So now i can only sync and install softwares but cant Upgrade my firmware.

Anyone out there with the same problem??

You do not have a dss20. You have the old type of p800 cradle which looks the same but is just a dcu11 with a cradle.look at the serial no and type on the base and it wont have dss20 written on it. Ic. No wonder after god knows how many days i've tried i still cant install the drivers. Thanks for the info. I'd have to get myself a new cradle then. Thanks. I actually got it from a friend. He lent his DSS-25 to his niece so he did not pass it to me. I'll try and get that from him. Thanks again.

hi i also HAVE the same problem..

first i can't install the PC suite in my PC (access denied on the ff files: msxvcd221.rra, msxm14r.dll, msxm14a.dll, msxm14r.inf, MFC4ccf.rra) after ignoring the installation setup aborts by itself (at around 10%)

anyway i tried installing it to my office mate's computer.. was able to install the PC suite but when i tried to attach the crabel.. new hardware dtected was shown was able to install the DSS-20 (usb) but it was still looking for 2 more drivers. same problem as ksleong but when i checked my cradle it says DSS-20 underneath!

any solution for this?

Managed to solve the problem once and for all. Which is getting myself the DSS cracle for P900. Cost me just a little but no problems with that cradle. Thanks for all the help.
