Hi--
Great information here about Apple Support for the K700i.

I used to own an SE T68i. With a Bluetooth connection to my T68i activated, I could use Apple's Address Book to send and receive SMS text messages. With the K700i, I've been able to send and receive files between my Mac and the phone. BUT I can't send or receive SMS texts anymore. Can anyone help me out? An currently using System 10.2.8. Are there any updates around that might help?
Many thanks.

Oh-- ok, thanks. Am holding on to 10.2.8 in the meantime. Need to dual boot capability for some of my older apps. = ) Hope they retrofit the Address Book then.

You can still dual boot using 10.3.4.

It's the Mac that determines whether you can boot into X and 9, not the operating system.

I run 10.3.4 on my G4 at work but it also has 9.2.2 on (in a separate hard disk partition) and allows booting into either OS.

So, if you can currently boot into 9.2.2, upgrading to 10.3.4 won't stop that.

Wow-- great news then. Thanks Jools. The only difference I see is that I have both 10.2.8 and 9.2.2 on the same (boot) partition. Now where's that Panther i ahd lying around...
