hi there,

i hope someone can help shed a bit of light on this problem we're having...

basically, when receiving a picture as an MMS sometimes on the MMS view page i only see the first second or so of the animated gif before it automatically stops and skips to the bottom of the message.

some messages i get are fine - i just got one from vodafone with an animated gif that's about 20 seconds long and plays through fine - but with other messages it only shows the first few frames.

if i save the gif to my images it works fine in both cases.

any ideas? i've had a look at the gif format used and there's no difference between one that works and one that doesn't - both are set to loop forever, with 'clear each frame' set on the gif animation...

You need to change the page timings when creating a MMS.
Same goes for sounds.
Go to the more menu -> Page Timing.

The sender did not adjust page timing. While sending tones adjustment is done automatically This message was posted from a T610
