I have a T230 and after around 2 1/2 months of usage i now am noticing that many of the words i had added to the T9 dictionary are now missing i duno how. Also when i press the key with the alphabets TUV i am getting only t and if i use the down arrow key the alphabet doesnt change to u or anythin else. The same problem exists with the 1 key while inserting punctuations, i am able to select only two of them. This is a serious problem 4 me, plz help since i am a msg junky. Other model users might have also faced the problem, plz suggest me wat 2 do

The fact that you miss some previously added words in your phones T9 dictionary is not as strange as it seems at first. There is a limited amount of memory available for the T9 dictionary. When it gets filled with your added words there is probably a "first in first out" scheme to cleanup the dictionary to make room for new words.
I've noticed the same problem with some other phones.

Was that other problem, the one with the alphabet and the arrow keys, appearing at the same time as the first problem, the one with the lost words?

I've also encountered the problem of lost words in the dictionary. Hope they've fixed the problems in the newer models.
