> k700 missing frames!

I don't know why I don't have frames working under camera
when I choose camera/more/frames I return to the main k700 menu!
anyone has this missing? what should I do? I upgraded this morning to r2l but it didn't help!

I had the same problem and the when i went to the service to put the new software the phone wasnt working!!!!
The result was to send the phone to S.E for replacement but 7 days haved passed and nothing.I am still waiting for the new phone.

Why you have to wait so much for a change? they don't have to give you directly a brand new one?

I thought also that they will give me a new phone at least in 1-2 days but nothing.Also they didnt tell me exacly if they will change the phone or try to fix it.They said that propably the problem was from the internal memory of the phone.

it's surely a matter of software,but as I told you a simple FW upgrade is not sufficiant,they will have to do a full flash of the phone,like when the t68 passed to t68i,100% of the phone was formated before taking the new soft not 30% like they do with a simple fw upgrade

I hope that they will fix it but the problem is that nobody its telling me what is going to happend.In the store that i gave the phone to send it to the main service center they told me that they dont know anything yet and when i cald today the main service and ask them what its going on they said to me that they will find out and call me back.
That was 16 hours ago, still waiting

since the phone is under warrenty I can claim for an exchange at any time no?
