Is there a program I can use for transferring the address book from my T300 to my P800?

I suppose you could do it via fMA, however if you want to transfer the whole phonebook, why don't you store them on your sim and transfer the sim card? it may be faster

I don't think you need a program to do that. The T300 has Infrared, you can use that to send all your contacts to your P800.
