im sure you can set the txt msg volume (i.e. when you recieve a txt) but i cant find it, i thought i remembered setting it loud in the 1st place but its abit 2 loud.
ne ideas?

I don't think you can set the volume of the text tone independantly of the overall ring volume.
In fact I haven't even tried to see if the ring volume affects message tones, I only ever use full volume or silent!

The trick was at former /// and se fones to set the ring volume loud and turn on increasing ring. I like when it gets constantly louder, so the sms alert works fine if the ring is set on level 5 or 6.

any1 tried changing the colour? the hardest part would be taking phone apart otherwise will be easy to solder new one in.

I've heard that the ring of the phone becomes louder when used properly (i.e. actually recieving a messgae) than it does when just playing it in the tones menu.
