> P900 Sync Problems with Outlook

For some unknown reason, when I sync the P900 with Outlook is is making duplicate entries. For example, each time I sync it creates another duplicate entry so I may end up with "See Doctor" six times in the one day. I'm a bit sick if having go through Outlook and manually delete each duplicate entry. It only goes back to 1 Jan 2004.
In Sync Settings, I have Standard Sync set with select last item changed. I ask it only to sync entries 10 days before and sixties day from the current date.
Any advice please?
