I've seen quoted on here a name for a number that you can ask Orange for if you want to leave.. a TUV or SPM (I'm making these up) or similar. What is it????? Thanks.

I think I do. So I ring Orange & ask for my PAC number.........then knowing my luck..... bugger all happens.
With everyone else they get a phone call ½ hour later offering them a free P910 with 500 minutes call time for £1 a month.

Rang Orange, asked for PAC number, put through to retention staff who couldn't even match a P900 price given by the Orange upgrade staff. Tossers. Quoted £120 for a SPV M1000 on't net.... Orange....£300+
