I just brought my p900 today but i cant get the cradle working, its says "conecting" and when it says "connected" it apears a dialog saying "mRouterRuntime MFC Application has detected a problem ..." and stops the conection.

Help!!!!

PD: I have McAfee Firewall

read the 'Read Me' file that came with the SE Communication Suite. there are 4 or 5 files that need to be permitted by your firewall to communicate with the phone.

just change the firewall permissions for these files and you're all set.

Ok i've uninstalled my antivirus and firewall and works like a charm now, but its not a good solution

try norton internet security. i use it and don't encounter any problems with it whatsoever.

Install and reinstall until it works. And if you use Win98 make sure you got the latest Dcom98 driver installed.
