Hi

reading a few posts about the HBH-200 and P900 tell me they do not work well together??

Has any one followed the SE advice as below (from the product web site information)

*If the HBH-200 display does not show caller ID when used with P900, you need to update your phone's software. Please use Sony Ericsson Update Service. The feature is not supported in P800. Call list is not available in P800 nor P900.

and if so does all work OK?

Any one ??

Yes - the latest firmware does allow CLI to work. But note: I've not managed to keep the HBH-200 bonded to two phones. It only seems to pair with one phone. Having said that, the sound quality in the earphone is wonderful and it is very comfortable. Battery not as good as HBH-35 or the older HBH-20!

My HBH-35 and HBH-20 can both be paied with at least two devices. I use them both with my A910 and P900.

Can th HBH-200 be on battery charge with a in car charger (plugged into the cigar lighter) and still be used for incoming or making calls at the same time... unlike the the HB 60 headset..

@dannycol

Don't see why you couldn't charge and use at the same time - neber tried it as I switch to my HBH-35 once the battery on the HBH-200 goes!

My hbh-30 bought off of ebay lasted about six months. It died hard a few weeks ago. I've been wanting a 200 for a while but never could justify the $140ish that expansys was wanting. I've found it for under $120 finally.

If I had one to choose from, which would be better for sound quality and being reliable? It's either the HBH-65 or HBH-200. I like the 200 because the body can be hidden and the earpiece looks like a regular and nothing special (thus hopefully not catching anyone's attention and trying to nick the phone). I'm using a 900 with RB502 so the CLI shouldn't be a problem.
thanks in advance

@zoor

My only experience with the HBH-65 was that when i bought my one it was dead on arrival, ie, it didn't work and at that point I decided to buy the HBH-200. You look at the HBH-600 and the Nextlink range as well.

The 600 just looks cheap. I've seen the nextlink ones but am going to wait until the next gen bluespoon makes it out. It's small enough to hide in the ear or at least I hope that is what the production one will be like (pics over on Howard Forums)
