Have you made a special account for the e-mail? You have to use a different GPRS-account than the one you use for WAP. It must be a GPRS-data account.

I have been having the same problem and I have now just this minute found and successfully tested the following settings. None of my email accounts worked over GPRS before but they ALL worked fine over GSM. Now they all work (I have about six different email accounts setup)
The O2 GPRS data account setting is:
APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
user: o2mobile
pass: password
It works!!! Pass on the word

Hi guys,
I have had my T68 for about 5 months and have never been able to send pop3 emails. And even now i am using GPRS, still no luck. I am using the following GPRS details,
APN: mobile.02.co.uk
Userid: 02mobile
Password: password
I am using Blueyonder pop3 and smtp ports.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance
