I always have this prompted when executing/uninstalling/quiting applications

Any ideas? Pls help. I know i'm not the only one experiencing this. I have installed/uninstalled Sman1.3 but still the error occurs. Even got my internal reset and duo reformatted...
It bothers...

please answer these questions. it will help us nail the issue...
1. what apps do you have installed on your phone?
2. what apps are running as per sman's task manager?
3. how do you quit those apps? do you use sman to stop them or do those apps have a quit option?
4. how much free memory is available (tap on the bluebar at the bottom right of sman's task manager view) when this problem occurs?
5. does it occur for ALL programs? did you test built-in programs such as the calculator (i have no idea how you can exit this app other than by terminating it with sman)
6. does it occur whenever you EXECUTE, UNINSTALL and EXIT (doing all 3 actions) for ALL apps? or just particular apps? or just particular actions (execute, uninstall, exit) for particular apps?
7. what phone are you running this on (p800, p900, p910, motorola a920, motorola a925)?
8. what firmware are you running on for that phone?
