Suddenly my p800 keyboard does not work as normal.
Keys don't work well. Example: 3=3, but 6=3 and 9=3 also ???

What could be wrong. Nothing strange happended. Not fallen on ground nor nothing brusque done.

Thanks!

A few things that may help:

1. Did you install a screen protector? The protector might be too thick so the keypad contacts actually push a different area on the touch screen. I've noticed that the keys on the lower two rows are quite hard to press. I got used to it though.

Try removing the protector and see if the problem persists. If it doesn't, you might want to buy a protector from a different maker.

2. The touch screen was calibrated. I'm not sure if calibrating the touch screen from Control Panel will also affect the flip-closed mode. However, try to recalibrate it or restore the factory default calibration and see what happens.

Oh, before I forget, are you able to use the touch screen with the flilp open without any problems? Is the touch screen a bit "off" from the actual button areas and such?

Thank you,

I don't use a screen protector.
I have recalibrated the screen but no change.

Virtual keyboard (without keyboard) works perfect.

Keyboard when placed is exactly on its place.

So until now, don't have the solution.

Thanks again
