> K700: Shrinking pictures over bluetooth?
Bookmark topic
Hi, I know this was mentioned a while back, but I can't find the thread anywhere! - there are too many K700 threads!..
The problem occurs when sending pictures from my K700 to a T610, via Bluetooth:
VGA pictures, and the small gifs (coffee/flirty/gift, etc) send fine.
However, any medium sized pictures (including ones I've received from T610/T630s) are shruck down to 160x120. On the T610 screen, it's orientation is 'landscape', even if the picture was originally 'portrait' - resulting in a squashed image.
Also, some images (e.g. "Green Pattern" and "Ice Crack") completely refuse to send (via bluetooth) from the K700 - the phone says "Sending to T610", but nothing appears on the screen of the T610 (it should show the "Accept picture?" screen)
I.e. this:
becomes this:
Infrared works fine for all picture sizes, so what's up with the Bluetooth? Has this been resolved anywhere?
Is this a fault with all K700s? - My bluetooth is flawless with headsets, etc.

yeah, somehow the bluetooth transfer changes the size when you do a transfer between the k700 and the t610. just take a photo in another image size on the k700 and it will be fine. cant remember which one though just noticed it when I transfered them to someones t610. funny bug though...

I think it's strange that it's fine through infrared

This happens in mine, too. Everytime I transfer pics using bluetooth to my Z600, the images resolution will change.
However, it doesn't occur when I use infrared.
