Any one get the characters & n b s p in with text when receiving emails via pop 3 on P900?? what is it and how to prevent it??

I guess the sender uses MS Outlook Express to send you email. If I recall correctly it is a setting in OE where you write emails as plain text instead of HTML code. is HTML and stands for no-break space, and is just a way to force in some extra spaces.

neither the p800 nor the p900 support html messages (the p910 does, apparently). in fact, the messaging app will crash if you try to open a message that combines html and non-html format (eg a fwd) - that's actually on the SE knowledge base...)
the way round is for some kind developer to create an email app that works properly (Onemail.togo are building something)
