I have just received a replacement for a faulty reconditioned P800 I was give free of charge by my mobile phone provider.
The first model would not connect to the internet or send/receive emails. I can now connect to the internet via GPRS and send emails via my Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server service, although I cannot receive any ... they're looking into this. Anybody experienced anything similar?
However, what is more annoying is the fact I cannot make the PC and the phone connect. I have the correct settings, I have the USB connection and I have all the s/w installed. The message I get when I try to synchronise is "No phone is connected. Please connect a phone". The damned thing's in the cradle ... am I missing something here??
Frustrated ... going to bed. Maybe some kind soul will have an answer for me in the morning ...
