The gprs status indicator disappeared and now i cant access gprs. Is it just me?

Im going to try and call O2 Uk Tomorrow but i was wondering if it was just me?

Do i just ask them to try and set up gprs on my sim card again?, i dont know why it stopped, it was working fine earlier.
