Hi there everyone . . . im trying to help a friend that has a p800 ( i got a p900 ) and i been trying to install the philips camcorder trial application but every time im trying to install . . . i get this message , can anyone please help and tell me where can i get what its asking me for . . . please help , thanks !!!

this one has been covered quite alot when that software came available.
there is a minimum firmware version requirement for the camcorder to work (R2F I think) so a firmware upgrade is what he needs
