> K700i Pause Dialing Problem

Is anyone using the pause (p) in their dialing strings with the K700i and getting it to work properly?
I have many numbers programmed this way from my T610 and the pause lasted something like 3 seconds when a "p" was inserted. Now on the K700i the delay is about 10 or more seconds. Am I doing something wrong or does the K700i have a better way to pause?

I haven't noticed a major problem with the pause length, but have you been able to actually create the 'p' symbol for new numbers? This feature also seems to be missing on the Orange K700i.

i use the p (pause function) on O2 -i normally put two in between dialling codes - lasts about 10 seconds. i did notice that i could not enter p or # when editing the contact direct so i had to dial the number normally and then save it later -
recently saw a useful tip in this forum - to enter p (when editing a contact) hold the 7 and then the 9 - it will change to p. Hope that works on orange messed with phones too!
