> How to see that SMS arrived?

Hi there!
I'm a E-Plus user in Germany, and for the past weeks I have probs to send SMS to Vodafone Germany users, either when I'm roaming or they are roaming.
E-Plus doesn't support the SMS confirmation for different providers, and I have tried the "*n#" in front of the text in order to receive GSM errors, but nothing helped.
Is there another way to find out whether the text actually arrived or not????

I gave answer to s40convert that I don't think there's another possibility to check if an SMS did arrive instead of switching the delivery confirmation on or putting '*N#' at the beginning of the SMS.

Go to messages then clic on text messages then clic on options select delivery report and if its off turn it on that should fix ur problem hope i helped

check with your service provider - *0#_ works with UK O2 mobiles (a real pain that they don't support message receipts). Vodafone UK say they don't support it - but it works. Orange Uk did an SMS update a few years ago to allow it but prior to that you used to have to put RCT in front of the message to gain SMS delivery notification - possibly your network has a different combination

For this reason he is looking for an other way to get a receiving confirmation that hasn't to be supported by his mobile phone provider.

as hunting hawk states - toggle the SMS delivery notification. O2 tech support states that this should be off when using *0# - however - doesn't seem to matter either way on mine. have you put a space after the *0#? - Apologies if you have tried this already -i know it is really frustrating!!
