I have a few questions regarding these icons and wondering if anyone can shed some light on the following?

1) I own a P900 i have found that it is possible to have small color animated icons in EMS. Where are these stored on the phone and can i replace/edit these?

2) Where are the standard 1-bit 16x16/8X8 icons stored? I noticed i can create my own on the phone, but would would prefer to use the PC then upload.

3) Are EMS icons stored in WBMP format? Can .GIF be used?

4) Which phones support EMS icons/animations?

5) Is it possible to download EMS icons directly onto a phone using WAP enabled server?

Thanks in advance!

All phones do, I suspect some nokias would too as they had the famous picture message back in the days, i would imagine all modern phones support EMS as a standard anyway.

Ems are not included in all new phones. They are a little old you know. Who uses it anyway? This message was posted from a T230
