Hello guys,
I own a P900 with CDA 162003/5 and with current organiser version R5B02, For the last month I've been trying to upgrade it to the latest version. No here is when I have the problem.
After everything is downloaded and when all seems ok I get a message saying "Error in communicating with the device". I swear the device is normally connected and I myself did not touch any button or interfere in any way with the device.
Afterwards it asks me to take out the battery and reinsert it to continue but of course the operation does not continue after this.
Has anyone ever had the same problem? Please help me as it doesn't seem to get fixed in any way.
Thank you all,
Pambos

I'm not sure about your problem but you might be interested to know that you already have the latest firmware
I just checked and R5B02 is the latest for 162003/5

Thanks, although when I check it online it says that there's a newer version and that is why I proceed in installing it.
Where did you find this information?

I just went to the
update service and typed your CDA in and it said:
"For CDA162003/5, the latest organiser version is R5B02. Now you need to compare this version number with the one in your phone."

I have just checked it and you're right. I don't understand why it gives me a newer version when I do the check whilst having my P900 on the cradle!
