I have 2 SIMs in use & also it's cool to have 2 nice SEs! Not to mention you can be more helpful on the forum if u have multiple handsets for reference.
I really could live with only one but as I can afford the phones I want I buy them (within reason)

There might be many reasons. Some might have a back up phone as second phone . Some might have a p9 or p8 , which is difficult to use when we go out,so they might have a 2nd phone for that purpose. Some might have a second phone coz they have more than enough money ;-) .

I have my k700 as my primary handset, my t610 as secondary, and my 3200 is for rough situations. (i.e. concerts, airsoft games, etc...)

I use two phones. One is my workphone from my company, and the second are my private phone for calls that I dont want to make with the company number.
Then I also have 3 old ones laying around for fun and memorys! =)

I have quite a lot at the moment - my main P800, a T610 for going out, and quite a few phones that I've fixed/in the process of (trying!) to fix, including a working T68i & MCA-25, 2 3210s, another broken T610, and a 6220 with a knackered screen connector!
I'm planning to sell all the fixed/not quite fixed phones and buying a K700 with the proceeds, and (apart from the odd one) get out of this phone fixing lark, had too many problems!

one phone good, two phones better. When one is at the service center or in repair you still got your second phone.
