Menu>Services>Settings>Connection Settings>Set1>Edit

Yes(or navi key)
Connection type: Continuous
Connection security:Off
Bearer: Data [or csd, not gprs]
Dialup number: 111
Ip address: 10.1.1.21
Authentication type: Normal
Data call type: Analogue
User Name: Wap
Password: Wap
Back>Set>Activate and rename to any name you want.

SE settings:
Menu>Connections>Data>Data accounts>New Account.
Data GSM
Name: Cellplus wap(or any).
Phone number: Yes/Ok>111>Ok
Username: wap(press ok to type)
Password: wap
Save!
Thats all, so much simple on an SE!!!
