Hi!

I am doing some experiment with the time that
the clock will appear. I made the first "testscreensavers" that
works for 14 sec. That's 4 sec. longer then normal. When it
will becomes a succes, maybe other people could make some "long" screensavers.

This is the testscreensaver:

Time: 14 sec.
Description: SonyEricssonballs that move very slow.

Yep, I have a programm for putting the time in it.

I can make a adult screensaver that work for about 15 sec-30 sec.
1 min will be big but it is possible.

I dont understand why if it is possible to have longer screensavers you or anyone else has only just made a 15 second one? If it is possible to make 30 seconds - 1 minute screensavers why dont people? Does the quality get worse with size?

Hi!

When you make a screensaver 1 min, it will become very big.
For example:

Simpsons Screensaver:

35 frames (15 kB)

35 frames x 10 = 350 ms
350 ms = 3,50 s

60 s = 1 m
60 s/3,50 s = Full 1 min screensaver

Answer x (15 kB : 35 fs)

Do you want a screensaver that is 1 min??

Hi!

Couldn't you just make the animation longer with a program like Jasc Animation Shop??

Hi!

10 ms = 10 milli seconds

1 minute = 1000 milli seconds

So for example:

A screensaver had 25 pictures/frames,
then you can look up how big it is.

But each picture had a certain timeperiod, like 10 or 20 milli seconds.
So if you want a 1 min screensaver, you will need:

1000 : 10= 100 frames with a timeperiod of 10 milli seconds.

If you have that, you will have a screensaver of 1 minute!!
So you have a screensaver that is 50 sec. longer then normal.
But the size could be very big, so look up the kB-size serveral times when you make the screenaver.
