Hello guys!I have some MP3 songs in my PC!I have also a data cable to connect my K700i to Pc!And also i have the cd rom with Pc suite that is in the package of the K700i.How can i transfer MP3's from the PC to the mobile?I want to fully describe the whole process because it's the first time that I do it!Thanks in advance! 1.Why did you get the cable since you can get a bluetooth adaptor for the same price and it works with all phones?
2. Install everything in the pc suite.
3. Get an audio proccessing tool. (you can find in other threads in this forum)
4. Crop the part of the mp3 you want and save it as another mp3 of 16KHz and 64 or 96kbps
5. Open the sony ericsson file manager
6. Go to sounds (you browse as you browse normally in Windows Explorer)
7. Copy the mp3 file.
8. That is all

Easiest and quickest way is to by an ir or bt dongle. Right click on the mp3 you want to transfer. Highlight send, then either via ir or bt and thats it. If you only want a few seconds of the mp3 then edit it in the SE sound editor first and then download via ir or cable. Mobile phone monitor does'nt recognise bt for some reason. But bt can be used outside of the phone monitor. This message was posted from a K700i
