And this has what to do with mobile phones? Once again yet another bandwidth hogging, non-mobile specific topic. When will it end?
Why not post this over in the Apple site where they can tell you that this problem has been rectified by either, getting the battery replace, or using one of the 10000 bazillion services that will replace the battery, or how about the fact that most people do not keep their iPods more than 12 months anyway. I am on my third in less than 6 months.

You did'nt have to post it twice!
....There a lot of ipod owners on esato so thats one reason for posting this and the other is the enertainment value,and by the way not everyone can afford 3 ipods in 6 months..oh yeh plus i felt like it.
Like Kim said your not paying for the bandwidth so stop moaning!!
