Just took my phone into the Carphone warehouse in Birmingham, the phone was originally bough on o2 from the online store, and it came pretty much untouched (except for a couple pictures).
Upon getting the firmware flashed, it's put the o2 symbol instead of the internet one, as well as adding loads of 'sonyericsson' links in the various folders, why bother doing this, and i guess it's another 'branding' issue, but I was so happy to finally have a logo-free phone?
Has anyone else had a similar problem? (I wonder if Nick at mobilexchange can do anything about this...)
on a similar note, what's been changed in this release??
