maybe those two shouldn't be compared but im deciding which one to get. so please help me.
I know that the SE k700 needs flashing and I haven't got a clue where to take it. How about the v80? does it need flashing (software upgrade) as well???
My summary of two phones:
k700
PROS-light, good size, 1Mega pixel camera, good functions
CONS-software upgrade, and may feel plasticky /not as good quality, battery life ( its ok.. i think. cuz i don't use my phone that much anywayz)
v80
PROS-the special lights (girly thing.. but im female. so it makes sense), and rhythm stuff, the swivel feature (coolness factor)
CONS-features aren't that great, camera ain't that good, scroll button is stiff(seriously)
btw, Im NOT a nokia person.. so please don't recommend me a nokia .. haha. thanks!

Personally, I'd go for the K700, it is a quality phone, and it doesn't necessarily need a flash upgrade. I have the first firmware of the phone and I am not going to flash it, as I have no problems with it. Also, try and get an unbranded one if you do get one, this will probably be best in the long run.

I've tested a v80... Freezes a lot! I wouldn't recommend it.
