Okay, I'm loving the Treo 600. I'm even posting this message from it. However, the only problem is that I don't have one myself. The next big purchase I'm getting is a PDA phone. My computer has been having some troubles, so I need something portable that I can take with me that can browse the web. I want a PDA phone because I want to browse the net with a real browser, not a WAP browser. This is why I need a PDA phone. I love the Treo 600, but before I noticed this phone, I had my eye on the upcoming P910a, mainly because it workked on the American networks. However, it's only a tri-band, whereas the Treo 600 is a quad, so I can use it anywhere with any GSM provider. What advantages does the P910a have over the Treo 600? All feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

I don't NEED the fourth band, but like the woman in "Alien vs. Predator" (the movie) said, it's always better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. 'Sides, I've always wanted a Quad-band phone.

I did. I want a PDA phone that has a real web browser (not like those crappy browsers on the Blackberry's). Basically I've asked for what I want. I would like to get information about the P910a and what makes it different from the Treo 600. However, now I have my eye on the Treo 610 (it's got Bluetooth and a Hi-Res screen!)

well the P910 has got a nice cam, its very easy to use. it has a good web browser (or you just download the FREE opera browser). the battery is very powerfull, the phone it self is easy to use with the jogdial, you can find tones of software on the net (handy day is recommanded for advanced users). no antenna, alot of internal memory, fast, comes with desk charger-sync station.
i like the treo 610 but, i prefere the P910 because of the OS. the more features and the quality.

First of all, I love the Px00's design above all other handsets available. BUT, UIQ is limited with apps when compared to Palm.
If the Treo 610 has EDGE, that will blow away the P910...but if you just need GPRS, it depends on what software you really need to be able to run to make the decision. Both handsets have lots of games if thats all you want. P910 has bluetooth and T600 doesn't

P900 advantage? Powered by Symbian.
Palm has significantly more software though...
