keeps happening now, when i go into phone book it just loads and loads, WHY??? its not like i have JUST turned it on, so is it a bug ne1 else got it?

That sounds very odd - do you have many contacts or did you use FMA to handle your contacts ?

Also please say if your phone is operator branded.

its on orange, and i have used FMA to fiddle with the contacts but not anymore i use outlook.

Cant say for sure this is related to FMA - but I have heard from several that FMA is not completely compatible with K700 yet - and mostly its the contacts that gets problems when using FMA.
Better wait with FMA till a newer version comes out, and stick with outlook - just to be on the safe side.

You might want to try a master reset to get rid of your current problem - and only resynchronize with outlook afterwards to see if the problem then stays away.

Remember - master reset deletes all deletable items on the phone

I have the same problem with my unbranded K700.. had it with firmware versions R2A, R2E, and now with R2L.. It doesn't happend very often.. the problem is usually fixed if I turn the phone off then on..
