I've just bought a bluetooth headset, but its a bit of a pain having to trawl though a number of key presses or screen taps to turn bluetooth on or off. Is there a quicker way to access the bluetooth controls?

Can I associate it to a single button or place an [on/off] icon on the main screen?

Cheers

you need keymapper, i have it set up so that when the flip is closed the internet button on the side brings up the option to turn on bluetooth. its great for in the car.

I just installer Keymapper - I now have single button access to Bluetooth and sound recorder.

Brilliant!

@reuten - I guess your solution depends on how one's applist is set up. For example it doesnt work for me.
I myself have mapped long kepress on internet button to bring up BT

edit -
just checked; the "Control BT" hotkey action is not available for flip close mode in SMan. Can someone verify it is the normal case or is it just me. For flip open, my key is set right

With this method I have to press the menu button, then #, then 9, then scroll down to bluetooth, then click, then scroll on/off then click.
