When i try and search for a contact to send an email my t68 crashes every time. Any1 got any ideas?

Find out ur software version by doing > * right etc) - then click on service info & then SW info - top left is ur software version R1A or R2B etc - call sonyericsson on 08705 237237(UK) - tell them, they may be able to help or advise software update/fix - my handset crashes when im using WAP when a text comes through, even after upgrade to R2B software - will send my h/set for new MMS upgrade to this if this fixes it??? Its just a good phone with some bugs u will probably learn to live with ;->
