can any one tell me any where i can get my firmware upgraded in london as i got on to se and they knew nothing.
any help would be appreciated

Carphone Warehouse down Baker Street did them i think, ring them up, check their webpage for numbers.
i know for sure their branch out in Greenford does them, call for details on while u wait service or drop off and pick up later.
