i hv got sonyericsson gold but i dnt no how to use it can sum1 help me plz also u no the cable stand u get wen u buy p800 will tht work cause its says com1,com2,com3,com4 well ps wots with the account name wot do i put in there can sum1 give me theres and password thankz again esato members

Ok so you are trying to unlock your phone, so the question is where did you get the software from as they would normally have configured the Unlocker to log on to there server for the unlocking codes. You will certainly need to pay for the username and password, I am guessing no more than 7 or 12 quid.
.- Load Total Multi Server Software
2.- Enter Username in Username box.
3.- Enter Password in Password box.
4.- Select COM port where you plugged data cable.
5.- Connect cable to Serial PC Port and to Phone (phone must be OFF)
6.- Select phone type from the drop down list
7.- Press Unlock
8.- Press ON in phone when prompted until the software changes (about 1 second and phone should not switch on!).
8.- Phone is unlocked when software says locks cleared successfully.

how on earth did you work that out?
I was under the impression that the P800 cradle didn't do unlocking....
