> P900 and memory mess up issue

I had 1Mb spare on my C: so I decided to delete 436 Email headers I had in my mailbox. I started to delete them via select all and delete I confirmed and then realised it was going to take a while to delete them all I put the phone in my pocket and then after a minute I checked and the phone had stopped with 100 or so headers remaining displaying the unhelpful p900 storage manager due to low space wtf I though I reset the phone only to see I have 0kb left free in the C: drive yet 300 email headers have been deleted. Wtf is wrong with my phone is there some sort of recycle bin I have to empty?

Yeah I saw u wrote headers but even so..... 436!!!
Anyway, there is no recycle bin or anything so I don't know why this has occured but have you tried to delete the remaining headers.
Also what else do you have on it to make the internal memory so full? Can you delete something else to release some memory & perhaps this will rectify the situation. (Worth a try)

well the 1mb is just lost in space its just being used by nothing or the p900 has decided to spool the messages or something.
Some one else make a note of your C drive then delete all your messages then see if its gone up or down.

must be something to do with large volume deleting where the C: free space is not equal to double that of the desired delteing file. Thanks milksp

Can you look up recent threads ("Why is my C drive filling up" etc) and use the suggestions to delete whatever temp files exist. See if that helps

you need space on the phone to delete things, to move fies around etc, is it maybe to do with that?
