My friend send me a packet with some of his old .Jars from his T610. When I send them to my K700i in other, it says the name and only gives me the option to "Send" and "More". How do I use them?!

they should be called .jar not .jars

If they aren't compatibly the phone will say invalid application and delete them, it shouldn't put them into the other folder.

Is the K700 perhaps case sensitive? I have not tested to name a file .Jar instead of .jar

Would be strange if it is though...
Have a nice day!

From your post, I get it you are putting the .jar files in the "Other" folder on the K700i. You need to get them to the "Games" folder.

If you are using IR or BT to transfer the files, right-click each file, select "Send to", "BT"/"IR", "Your phone".

This way, the phone will recognize the files as games, and put them in the appropriate folder.

I do not know how this would be done if you are using cable, though...

Thanks, I understand what I have to do now. Im using bluetooth, and instead of putting them in a folder I needed to place them anywhere. Then the phone puts it where it needs to be placed.
