Just got a P900 and I'm loving it except for one thing.

I've selected a 'Old Fashioned' as a ringtone and I've taken a few calls where it actually rings as it should. Hoever, most of the time (and recently all of the time) it doesn't ring how it should, just sort of beeps. And the same goes for the text alert too, it just sort of beeps at me rather than playing the bugle

Anyone else had this problem?

have you moved the sound file? it wont play if the file has been moved

Or if you have renamed the file or renamed the folder it is in.

Just go to sounds & alerts & reselect it, press the little music note icon to test it.
