> Nokia still dominates in Greece

Nokia maintains the first place in Greece both in sales of items and in value of sales of mobile telephones according to the data/statistics of the company GFK, for the past months of March, April and June 2004. Concretely, Nokia assembles the 42,1% of market in sales of items, presenting however an important fall concerning last year (62,8% the same period of 2003), while Sony Ericsson follows with 14% (12,8% same period of 2003), Siemens with 12,9% (7% the same period of 2003) and Samsung with 10,5% (5,1% the same period of 2003) who presented also the bigger increase from last year. In the fifth place Sharp is with 6,9% (1,1% in 2003) while Motorola follows with 4,3% and Panasonic with 3,8%.
With regard to the shares of market in value of sales, Nokia dominates with 40,2%, followed from Samsung that went up to 14,7%, Sony Ericsson with 13,3% and Sharp with 10,5%.

Hmm interesting stats you got there :-D esp. samsungs unexpectd rise! Must be related to the fact that its the official olympics phone..I may be wrong of course.
