> Downloading contacts from Outlook 2000 to K7001

Hi,
I have a problem downloading contacts from Outlook 2000 to the phonebook using IR. The phone nos under various headings (home, business, mobile) for a contact are not picked up the phone and shown under that one name but I end up getting the number under each heading separately with the same name. By default all the numbers are shown under 'home' icon. The details such as company names, email address are not picked up at all in the phone.
At times I an incoming call gets picked up automatically after a few rings (in the normal mode) even if the keylock is on.
Has any faced these issues or has advice on how these can be resolved?

Are you synchronising properly using the syncsoftware supplied by Sony Ericsson - its called syncstation and can be downloaded here

Am using the same version of the sync software and having this problem. I had the same issue when I moved my contacts from 6610 to 700i. So I re entered the same in the Outlook hoping the problem would be resolved but no go!

Just FYI... Through this forum I found a package for T610 called floAT. This works fine with my k700i for uploading the telephone nos so I dont need to sync up with Outlook any more nor have to use the software package bundled with the phone. Yippee
