Its is getting very annoying. 2 months ago I went to my

repairer for a software upgrade on my 2 week old P900 cos the online service wasn't working. I'd taken it in due to the phone freezing when I selected any of the applications. After an hour I got my phone back and was told that a software upgrade was done and it should be ok. I decided to check the phone before I left and discovered that the

had been disabled and the firmware version was still the same.
They said that the phone would have to go back to

. I rang them a week or so ago and was told I would be getting a new handset but still nothing. Just keep getting told the same thing everytime I contact them that they have no ETA for my phone and it starting to really annoy me

I probably by the time I get it back I'll be due an upgrade (Nov). Going to see if I can get an S700 from them

I hope. I'm making do with a K700i at the moment which I'm liking a lot.

I know of one Esato member who's having the same problems as me and am wondering if anyone else has had the same trouble or is experiencing this problem.
