Hello people i work for sonyericsson and recieve lots of phone calls from angry customers referring to this site. They tell me that this site contradicts what i tell them so ive come to have a look. Very nice site with very nice discussion threads however alot of the information is incorrect. For instance a big issue at the moment is the firmware update for the k700i. There isint one available yet in the UK in other countries there is but not here. What issues it will fiz when it does come i do not know anyway ill check this topic each day and answer any questions i can hopefully this will help u guys to get the correct information first time round.

Some people in the UK already have R2L from official Sony Ericsson service centres, so if you really do work for SE (can I ask in what department?) you don't appear to have the latest information...

i know loads of people start rumours on here but people are form all over the world you have answered a question of mine that some se people do monitor this forum one question i hope you could answer for me though a few people thought i was talking crap when i said that se is based in london is this true

these people are either lying to u or the sony ericsson service centres are going against our wishes. Infact had a customer the other day who said a phone repair centre (not a sony one) tried to update his k700i and his phone is now froze. It is being investigated by sony ericsson but we have not made an upgrade yet for the uk market. It is more than likely this upgrade has come from abroad thats all i can think ov.

whizz kid currently a k700i but been playing with the p910 and s700i cant take them out yet though as all hell would break loose

Why doe SE stop us updating the Fw on our P900's etc, does'nt check the cda anymore, and why do you let the Vodafone etc to butcher your phone, eg k700i, to their advantage !!
