K Guyz lets get right low, me n my frenz r goin 2 buy each a mobile fone, our minimum requirements :
A 65K COLOR DISPLAY WITH A DECENT RES > 128 X 128
CAMERA ATLEAST A CIF
BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY
MP3 PLAYER OPTIONAL
Our price range starts from around 8000 to 17000. So we need the fones which meet the requirements along wid their pricetags(wid bill). It is not necessary tat it should be a SE fone, it can be anythin. So give us the fone list along wid their price list n some extra tips too.

its about 12,776 in cyprus. its probably cheaper in india... or if you want you can go for the 630 if you want the tft screen (but its a bit more expensive) . they dont have mp3 players but you said it was optional...

You can get much more than t630 by 17000. I reckon you can get a k700 for that within a month. Obviously,currently it seems like nokia6600 , moto e398, nokia 6230 only seem to fit best to your budget.
I am no nokia lover,but only se choice you got is k700 which is slightly off your budget. Samsung d410 is also good but dont know exact price.

If MP3 capability is not important to you, I would recommend the Z600. I liked it much better than the T6xx series, it's comfortable to hold while on the phone and it has "extra" little features that make it worthwhile compared to the T6xx phones. Pricing now is less than $300USD (I don't know what that translates to your currency, sorry).

Guyz everyone s mentionin the nokia 6230 but i dont like its rather small display n wat movie playback can u expect from tat rather small display. Anyway movie playback s not wat wat i r any of my frenz want. Wat has tat fone got 4 around 17000 ?

If camera is one of the things that you MUST have i reckon that you should stay away from the T6xx variants. They aren't up to today's standards.
I reckon you should really have a look into the Moto 398 or the Nokia 6230. In Aussieland the Nokia is pretty expensive - but the Moto has a pretty sweet price.
