Nope, can't say I have. Mind is rather steady. You may search for signal refreshment intervals, perhaps that is what you mean? And without knowing where you are, which frequency you use and what exactly your definition of temperamentfull is, there really is not a whole lot anybody can say. My signal meter updates constantly, as it should, and the indicator typically varies between 3 bars and full. This does not bother me in the least. And I probably would not describe it as temperamentfull. This message was posted from a Z600

it is constantly fluctuating because phones have the habit of constantly checking the signal strength. As long as it doesn't disappear completely though... and you can make and receive calls just fine, I wouldn't worry about it
