can some1 please tell me where i can download bluetooth software for my pc so i send send stuff to my phone from pc??????

Bluetooth software comes with your Bletooth hardware. So just go to your bluetooth dongle's manufactors website and you will find it there.

If you have a Bluetooth dongle, don't forget to try out FMA:

Once your WIDCOMM drivers are installed, create a shortcut to your phone's Serial Port then right click on the shortcut and Connect. Note the COM port it is attached to and then set FMA up to communicate through that COM port (Tools / Options / Use Serial Port).
You can see and access most of your phone through FMA, although it doesn't fully support the K700i's directory structure yet.
