Does anyone use Wayfinder navigation system with a P900 and Bluetooth headset? Do they work together... will the P900 connect to both? According to Wayfinder FAQ it is not possible!! however i checked this with Wayfinder support and received this reply:
'There is unfortunately not much to do about connecting two bluetooth units simultaneously. However it might be possible with SE P900/P800 of the latest firmware. We have not tested it yet, but there are customers who claim that it is working fine. Please contact your mobile phone seller'
I'm looking for a sat nav system but as i use blootooth HBH 200 head set whilst driving i'm concerned whether Wayfinder will work....
Anyone tried..?
Maybe a seperate GPS system is the answer..? Tom Tom Go or similar although do not want to clutter the car with gadgets..

From what I know Wayfinder doesn't technically connect with BT headset while on course. However, there a few are instances in which some members stated that it was possible with certain headsets. However, it may be proned to dropped calls.
On the other hand, GPWare does allow one to connect to BT headset while call is in progress even though they don't advertise it as such. I have been beta testing their software for quite a while and I must have connected with quite of few headsets including SE HBH-35,65 and Bluespoon Digital. I'm not sure how the software calls for the BT pairing, but it's still not suppose to be technically possible. Since that particular software use GPRS for navigation I know it remains connected to the BT GPS receiver while I'm on a call with the BS Digital. I can even dial and answer calls during the navigation session.
