if it was, why would there be an active link like this

which gives you the option of chooseing your region and country. If you choose europe/UK for example it takes you to a page for the K700i and if you choose Asia/Chine it takes you to a page for the K700c
As mentioned, K700 is simply a generic (í.e. non region specific) name for this phone

As I mentioned, on that page I gave you have to enter your region before you can enter the country. in my example you have to enter Asia before you can choose China and doing that shows that the appropriate model is the k700c
If you do the same excercise for your case you enter Asia then you choose Philipines and you will find that the model is the K700i
